Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the orzo and set it aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced zucchini and sauté until tender.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one minute.
  6. Add the cooked orzo to the pan.
