- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 (16.3-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and roll them into small balls.
- Arrange the biscuit balls about 1/4 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the biscuits generously with the butter mixture.
- Bake them for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute olive oil for butter and use whole wheat biscuits.
