Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 (16.3-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and roll them into small balls.
  4. Arrange the biscuit balls about 1/4 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the biscuits generously with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake them for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute olive oil for butter and use whole wheat biscuits.
