A delightful blend of tart apples and creamy cheesecake with a caramel pull, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the pan.
  2. Mix crust crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the crust mix into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time and mix after each.
  6. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon gently.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and spread it.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce on top in a thin layer.
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center sets.
  10. Cool completely before cutting the bars.
  11. Chill before serving if you want firmer slices.

Notes

Serve with extra caramel for added sweetness. Can be made ahead and chilled for better flavor.
