- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the pan.
- Mix crust crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl.
- Press the crust mix into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix after each.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread it.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top in a thin layer.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center sets.
- Cool completely before cutting the bars.
- Chill before serving if you want firmer slices.
Notes
Serve with extra caramel for added sweetness. Can be made ahead and chilled for better flavor.
