Description

A delightful appetizer combining creamy cheese, tart cranberries, and fresh rosemary, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded white Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • Rosemary, cut into 3-inch pieces, bottom leaves removed

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
  2. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Form into 18 small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, about 60 minutes.
  6. Roll each ball into the chopped cranberries to coat.
  7. Insert one sprig of rosemary into each ball.
  8. Serve immediately, or loosely cover with plastic wrap and return to the fridge.
  9. Let the cheese balls sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before enjoying if not serving right away.
