Description
A tropical smoothie bowl combining frozen fruits and coconut milk, topped with fresh fruits and toasted coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 frozen banana, plus chopped fresh bananas for serving
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, plus chopped fresh pineapple for serving
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. agave syrup, honey, or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded toasted coconut
- Store-bought or homemade granola
- Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or fruit topping of choice
Instructions
- Combine in a blender the frozen banana, mango, and frozen pineapple chunks.
- Add the coconut milk and syrup.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
- Top with shredded coconut, chopped fresh bananas, and fresh pineapples.
- Add any additional fruit toppings you desire.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute some coconut milk with unsweetened almond milk or add spinach/kale for nutrients.
