Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate (dairy-free)
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into thick slices and lay them on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
  3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the banana slices.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
