- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (dairy-free)
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into thick slices and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the banana slices.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Enjoy as a healthy treat!
