- 1 baguette
- 4 hot dogs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Trim the ends of the baguette with a knife.
- Cut the baguette into four even pieces.
- Using the back of a wooden spoon, hollow out each baguette piece carefully.
- Slide the hot dogs into the hollowed baguette pieces.
- Place the stuffed baguette on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with Parmesan, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Season the mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture onto each piece of the baguette.
- Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes until the hot dogs are cooked and the baguette is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
