  • 4 hot dogs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Trim the ends of the baguette with a knife.
  3. Cut the baguette into four even pieces.
  4. Using the back of a wooden spoon, hollow out each baguette piece carefully.
  5. Slide the hot dogs into the hollowed baguette pieces.
  6. Place the stuffed baguette on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  7. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with Parmesan, minced garlic, and parsley.
  8. Season the mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  9. Brush the butter mixture onto each piece of the baguette.
  10. Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes until the hot dogs are cooked and the baguette is golden brown.
