- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
